Language and culture.

Like all over Bangladesh, the language of Chowhali Upazila is Bengali. However, there are linguistic differences. The people here celebrate the 1st Baishakh, Eid, Puja and other occasions together. Besides, programs organized by Shilpi Gosthi were held at different times in this upazila.
